Plan for Student Empowerment

Student empowerment is any attitudinal, structural, and cultural activity, process or outcome where students of any age gain the ability, authority and agency to make decisions and implement changes in their own schools, learning and education, and in the education of other people, including fellow students of any age and adults throughout education.

There are countless ways this can happen as well as many potential outcomes, all of which feature learning, teaching and leadership.
Student empowerment happens in schools; child empowerment and youth empowerment happen outside of schools.

Students are the building blocks of future society. India, our great country, has the greatest asset of about 30% youth in the population. So transforming students leads to social reformation. As a teacher type we want value based, skillful, compassionate youth contributing to the society.

It consists of:

1 - What are the principles of personal excellence? Confidence, character, values etc.
2 - How our beliefs affect our decisions and studies?
3 - Dynamics of relationship in education period.
4 - Effective time management.
5 - How to increase the learning efficiency? Study methods, memory and examination strategies.
